Marbella Villas is a modern coastal residential complex on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah which consists of 205 units, including beachfront townhouses and villas. The project was implemented by RAK Properties, Main contractor was Al Ali Construction & Development. Ali Ali Construction honoured their manpower supplier to AL NAHAR AL HADI as their labour supply contractor.
